How long will it take for my order to arrive? +

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days! Depending on where you are, shipping can take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days. For those of you who live in faraway places, it might take a little longer. If you're super excited (and we totally get it), be sure to check out our tracking system to keep an eye on your new favorite toy as it makes its way to you!

Do you ship internationally? +

Right now, Mimi’s Stuff ships only within the U.S. We’re working toward making our toys available to families around the world soon.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? +

Oh no! We understand the "oops, I entered the wrong address" moment. If you realize something is off with your shipping info, please email us at info@mimissuff.com right away! We'll do our best to make changes, but if your order has already shipped, we might be out of luck. So, double-check that address before hitting that "Place Order" button!

How do I track my order? +

Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking number via email. Use that to follow the magical journey of your toy right to your doorstep.

What's your return policy? +

We want you to love your toys! If you're not totally satisfied, no worries. You have 15 days to return any unused items (except for personalized items). Just send us an email at info@mimissuff.com with your order number, and we'll get the return process rolling.

What condition do the items need to be in to return? +

Please make sure the toys are in brand-new, unused condition (i.e., no cuddling with the toys just yet!). We accept returns for items that are still in their original packaging, and they must be free from damage.

How do I get a refund? +

Once we receive your return and inspect the item (don't worry, it's not a lengthy process), we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Expect it to take a few days to reflect in your account. We promise it'll be worth the wait!

What if my item arrives damaged? +

Oh no, that's not cool! We take great care in packaging our toys, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We'll make sure to either replace the item or issue a full refund.

📋 Order Management

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed? +

We know that sometimes excitement leads to speedy clicks, and it's easy to change your mind. If you catch your mistake within 30 minutes of placing the order, send us an email ASAP, and we'll do our best to fix it. After that, we'll already be packing up your order and getting it on its way.

I think I ordered the wrong toy! What can I do? +

Oops! If it's still processing and hasn't shipped, shoot us an email right away, and we'll help you make the switch. If it's already in the mail, don't worry, we can still help with a return or exchange once it arrives.

Can I combine multiple orders for shipping? +

We know the "I need one more thing" feeling. If you place multiple orders and they're still processing, let us know! We can try to combine the shipping for you and save on those shipping fees.
